# Webinar Description

Service departments are under pressure to handle more calls, schedule more appointments, and keep customers moving without adding more to an already full workload.

In this session, NCADA members will learn how dealerships are using AI to take repetitive service calls off advisors’ plates, improve appointment capture, and give customers faster access to the information they need. We’ll explore where AI can have the biggest impact in the service drive, from answering routine questions to helping customers schedule service around the clock.

Attendees will walk away with practical ideas for reducing call volume, improving efficiency, and creating a better service experience for both customers and dealership teams.
